Mass spectrometry analysis of conjugation reactions products
Abstract:
V této práci byla analyzována účinnost konjugace proteinů s vybranými fluorofory, rhodaminem B a fluorescein isothiokyanátem. Na základě těchto analýz byla navržena optimální metodika přípravy fluorescenčních sond. Monitorování výtěžků reakcí bylo zaměřeno především na odhalení vlivu prostorové struktury proteinů.
Abstract:
In this work, the efficiency of conjugation between proteins and selected fluorophores, rhodamine B and fluorescein isothiocyanate, was analyzed. Based on these analyses, the optimum preparation of fluorescent probes was proposed. The monitoring of reaction yields was focused mainly to the effect of tertiary structures of proteins.
