Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou procesu rozhodování o nákupu předmětu dlouhodobé spotřeby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě částí: teoretickou a praktickou. První část se zabývá pojmy marketing,poptávka, atd.V praktické části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření s ruský mluvicími respondenty.
