Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat metodu benchmarking a to jednak z hlediska teoretických východisek a jednak z hlediska její použitelnosti a samotného využití v oblasti sociálních služeb. Prvním z dílčích cílů bude určit přínosy a výhody této metody například ve vazbě na komunitní plánování krajů či strategické plánování organizací sociálních služeb.
