Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou blankosměnky z pohledu jejího možného užití jako zajišťovacího prostředku pro závazkové vztahy. Věnuje se podstatě blankosměnky jako směnky neúplné a otázkám s ní souvisejícím, zejména institutu vyplňovacího práva a následkům jeho porušení; to vše jak z hlediska názorů doktrinálních, tak řešení v současné české judikatuře. This thesis deals with the legislation of an incomplete instrument from the perspective of its possible use as an instrument of security for obligations.
