Custody in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce je podat, až na výjimky zvláštních případů vazby, komplexní pohled na právní úpravu vazby a vazebního řízení v České republice.Vedle popisu stávající právní úpravy a výkladu příslušných ustanovení trestního řádu jsem se též pokusila v kapitole úvahy de lege ferenda nastínit řešení dílčích problematických ustanovení.
Abstract:
The objective of my diploma thesis is to provide a complex view of the law regulating custody and custodial proceedings in the Czech Republic.Beside a description of the current law and interpretation of the respective provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I also attempted to outline solutions to the particular objectionable provisions in the chapter of considerations de lege ferenda.
