Vykresľovanie molekulárnych dát hrá v súčasnom chemickom výskume dôležitú úlohu. Vizuálna analýza totiž predstavuje jeden zo základných spôsobov práce s molekulárnymi modelmi. Diplomová práca zachytáva súčasný stav vizualizácie molekulárnych dát a potrebu ich vykresľovania vo vysokej kvalite.
