Altitude effect on concrete physiological aspects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je psána na téma, které nás seznamuje s problematikou nadmořské výšky a jejího vlivu na organismus člověka. Zejména na měřitelné fyziologické aspekty, jako je srdeční frekvence, vitální kapacita plic a hematologické hodnoty. V teoretické části práce je uvedena charakteristika nadmořské výšky, její rozdělení a vliv na organismus člověka. Empirická část je zaměřena na vlastní práci s výzkumným souborem. Její podstatou bylo provést měření srdeční frekvence, vitální kapacity plic a zajistit laboratorní vyšetření hodnot krevního obrazu a zaznamenat vývoj těchto parametrů ve vztahu ke stoupající nadmořské výšce.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the altitude and its influence on the human organism. The bachelor thesis concentrates mainly on the physiological aspects like the heart rate, the vital capacity and the hematological values. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the characterization of the altitude, its classification and its influence on the human organism is discussed. The practical part is focused on the work with research team itself. The basis of this part was to proceed the heart rate and the vital capacity measuring, to arrange a laboratory examination of the blood count values and to record the development of these parametres in relation to the rising altitude.
