V mojej záverečnej bakalárskej práci s názvom vznik pracovného pomeru, som sa rozhodla zamerať hlavne na objasnenie spôsobov akými je možné uzavrieť pracovný pomer. Na začiatku práce sa dozvedáme a vzťahoch ktoré sú medzi účastníkmi budúceho pracovného pomeru, čiže budúceho zamestnanca a zamestnávateľa, a čo nám z týchto vzťahov vyplýva.
