Issues of school evaluation in the area of inclusion

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou inkluze v povinném vzdělávání a úspěšností její dosavadní implementace v České republice. Jejím cílem bude charakterizovat úroveň inkluzivního prostředí na vybraných základních školách a analyzovat případné rozdíly. Výzkumným úkolem bude zjistit, jaké úrovně vybrané školy dosahují ve třech sledovaných oblastech stanovených pro hodnocení školy v rámci inkluze. V teoretické části práce budou zejména popsány zásady efektivní inkluze, definovány ukazatele inkluzivního prostředí školy, principy inkluzivního vzdělávání, vymezeny legislativní úpravy a účel inkluze. V praktické části budou popsány postupy a výsledky vlastního šetření na cca čtyřech základních školách v Ústeckém kraji. Sběr dat bude probíhat pomocí dotazníkového šetření na základě již vytvořených a obecně využívaných nástrojů evaluace škol v oblasti inkluze. Získaná data budou zpracována pomocí nástrojů popisné statistiky.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis will deal with the issue of inclusion in compulsory education and the success of its current implementation in the Czech Republic. Its aim will be to characterize the level of inclusive environment in selected primary schools and to analyze possible differences. The research task will be to find out what levels the selected schools reach in the three monitored areas set for the evaluation of the school within the inclusion. The theoretical part of the thesis will mainly describe the principles of effective inclusion, define the indicators of the inclusive school environment, the principles of inclusive education, define the legislation and the purpose of inclusion. The practical part will describe the procedures and results of our own survey at about four primary schools in the Ústí nad Labem region. Data collection will take place through a questionnaire survey based on already developed and generally used school evaluation tools in the field of inclusion. The obtained data will be processed using descriptive statistics tools.
