Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na popsání a analýzu výrobního procesu, procesu zpracování zakázek ve vybrané výrobní společnosti a jejich důsledků na plánování expedice a přepravy. Součástí práce jsou také vybrané kvantitativní metody, které mohou být potenciálně použity pro řízení procesů. Cílem práce je navrhnout možnosti zlepšení procesu plánování expedice a přepravy.
Abstract:
Thesis is focused on description and analysis of production process, process of order processing in selected production company and their impact to planning of expedition and transportation. Selected quantitative methods are also part of thesis because they can be potentially used for process management.
