Working hours and work overtime in the selected EU countries
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice pracovní doby v České republice a dalších státech Evropy jmenovitě na Slovensku, v Polsku a Německu. Práce se zabývá nejen legislativní úpravou pracovní doby jako takové, ale i jinými atributy s ní souvisejícími. Rozebírá limity pracovní doby, rozvržení pracovní doby, práci přesčas, přestávky v práci, dobu odpočinku a další.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with working time issues in the Czech Republic and another countries of the European Union namely in Slovakia, Poland and Germany. The thesis deals not only with legislative regulation of working hours as such but also with other attributes related to it. It analyses working time limits, working arrangements, overtime work, breaks at work, rest periods, et al.
