Charging for Transport Infrastructure Use in Europe
Abstract:
Objem silniční dopravy roste rychleji než kapacita dopravní infrastruktury. Při užívání dopravní infrastruktury jsou navíc produkovány negativní externality. Zpoplatnění jejího užívání proto může být vhodným řešením, jak získat prostředky na její rozvoj a zároveň přimět její uživatele k efektivnějšímu rozhodování. The volume of road transport grows faster than the capacity of transport infrastructure. Negative externalities are produced by the usage of transport infrastructure.
