Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Komunikační dovednosti manažera se v teoretické části zabývá základními pojmy v oblasti manažerských a komunikačních dovedností, komunikačními kanály, popisem verbální i neverbální komunikací a komunikačními bariérami. Následně je práce zaměřena především na interní komunikaci a okrajově na komunikaci externí a na předpoklady, které potřebuje manažer pro svoji práci, jeho schopnosti, vlastnosti, osobnost, ale také jaké volí styly manažerského řízení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic Communication skills of a manager deals in the theoretical part with basic concepts in the field of managerial and communication skills, communication channels, a description of verbal and non-verbal communication and communication barriers. Subsequently, the work is primarily focused on internal communication and marginally on external communication and on the prerequisites that a manager needs for his work, his abilities, characteristics, personality, but also what managerial management styles he chooses.
