The comparison of biodynamic and conventional wine-making products

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá porovnáním produktů z biodynamického a konvenčního vinařství. Práce v rámci literárního přehledu charakterizuje a rozlišuje dva systémy režimu produkce a výroby vín. Dále popisuje oba sledované subjekty v rámci klimatických a půdních podmínek, charakteristiky a historie. Experimentální část se věnuje popisu zkoumaných odrůd, definici použitých chemických a senzorických analýz s následnou prezentací a diskusí dosažených hodnot. V závěru jsou popsány rozdíly mezi zkoumanými subjekty. Všechny výsledky jsou znázorněny v tabulkách a grafech.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to compare the products of biodynamic and conventional wine-making. The literature review section of this work describes two systems of wine production and making. The section further describes both observed systems in the framework of climatic and soil requirements, main characteristics, and their history. The experimental part of this work describes selected varieties, defines used chemical and sensory analyses, presents the resulting values and discussion of thereof. The conclusion summarises the differences between the researched subjects. All of the results are presented using tables and graphs.
