Education of woman about bleeding in the puerperium

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit a zrealizovat edukační plán o změnách v organismu ženy v období šestinedělí, o krvácení po porodu a o základech hygieny po porodu. V této práci byly edukovány celkem čtyři klientky na oddělení šestinedělí. Všechny edukace byly provedeny na pokojích klientek, individuální formou, aby byly hned zodpovězeny dotazy klientek. Edukace byla realizovaná v jedné edukační jednotce. Edukační proces obsahoval fáze posouzení, diagnostiku, plánování, realizaci a vyhodnocení. Na začátku každá klientka vyplnila znalostní test. V průběhu edukace každá klientka dostala edukační materiál (brožuru), ve které se dočetly základní informace o šestinedělí, hygieně po porodu a krvácení po porodu. Pro vyhodnocení edukace byl použit výstupní znalostní test s doplňujícími otázkami. V teoretické části bakalářské práce první kapitola vysvětluje, co to edukace je a její fáze. Druhá kapitola se zabývá šestinedělím a involučními a celkovými změnami v organismu ženy. Poslední kapitola se věnuje krvácení po porodu a fyziologickému a patologickému krvácení v šestinedělí.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis was to create and implement an education plan about the changes in a woman´s body during puerperium, about postpartum hemorrhage and abouthe basics of postpartum hygiene. In this work, a total of four female clients were educated in the puerperium department. All the educators were done in the client's rooms, in an individual form, so that the client's questions would be answered immediately. The education was carried out in one educational unit. The educational process included stages of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. At the beginning, each client completed a knowledge test. During the education, each client was given an educational material (brochure) in which they read basic information about the sixth form, hygiene after childbirth and bleeding after childbirth. An output knowledge test with supplementary questions was used to evaluate the education. In the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis, the first chapter explains what education is and its phase. The second chapter deals with the sixth form and the involution and overall changes in a woman's body. The final chapter deals with postpartum bleeding and physiological and pathological bleeding in the puerperium.
