Tato bakalářská práce byla zpracována za účelem zhodnocení systému managementu kvality ve vybrané firmě. This dissertation was written in order to evaluate the system of management of quality in a selected company. The theoretical part of this work introduces ISO 9000 standards, specifying basic terms used in relation to the management of quality and also presents new ways of further and continual improvement.
