Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis entitled Performance management: Slovak Technical Museum Kosice deals with the issue of performance management in a specific public organization. The first part of the thesis consists of a theoretical introduction to the issue of performance management, approaching the museum as a public sector organization. The second part of the thesis presents an analysis of the performance management, which was based on a research conducted in the museum. In the conclusion, an assessment of the situation is presented with a suggestion of possible measures for the management.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca Riadenie výkonnosti v Slovenskom technickom múzeu Košice sa zaoberá problematikou riadenia výkonnosti v špecifickej verejnej organizácii. Prvá časť práce je teoretickým úvodom do problematiky riadenia výkonnosti, vrátane vytýčenia múzea ako organizácie verejného sektoru. Druhá časť práce predstavuje analýzu riadenia výkonnosti, ktorá sa uskutočnila na základne realizovaného výskumu v múzeu. Práca v závere prináša zhodnotenie situácie a navrhnutie možných opatrení pre organizáciu.
