Abstract:

Bakalářská práce o dvojí kvalitě potravin pojednává zejména o několika pohledech lidí, kteří se danou problematikou zabývali. Jedná se o 3 politiky, kteří dva z nich byli nebo jsou aktivní na půdě Evropského Parlamentu a poslední z Evropské Komise. Zbývající tři respondenti jsou přímo z obchodní branže. Bakalářská práce ukazuje pohledy lidí, kteří pracují v zákulisí tématu, které pro mnohé z Čechů byli klíčové u několika voleb.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is written about “Food Quality Management” between the Czech Republic and Germany. This thesis describes another point of view. From ordinary media reports, it differs in its diversification. In addition, interesting quotations from the course of the work are included. Altogether, there are 6 interviews analysed in this thesis. The interviewed people are professionals who have been active for more than one year in this area of business. It was given that there are 3 European politicians, who were actively working on the topic of Double Food Quality at the European Parliament and Commission. For instance, Czech politician Olga Sehnalová started her first big researches in the whole area of interest with several colleagues from the European Parliament, universities or even companies that were actively working on the quality of food. Another very important respondent is Věra Jourová, who is the Vice-President of the European Commission. One of the topics that she deals with during her political activities is the Double Food Quality and a whole administrative process around it. On the other hand, interviews were also conducted with businesspeople. These people are actively working or worked in accordance with “Food Quality Management”. One of the respondents wanted to stay anonymous because of the sensitive facts that were given during the interview. This bachelor thesis should show people how to work with the whole Food Quality Management process.
