Fluorescent Labeling Of Biomolecules

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje fluorescenci, biomolekulám a jejich značení. Fluorescence je popsána v kontextu s luminiscencí. Jsou zmíněny její typy a uveden rozdíl mezi nimi. Dále jsou diskutovány vnitřní a vnější luminofory - se zaměřením na fluorofory a jejich výskytem a využitím. V druhé části jsou popsány biomolekuly a jejich značení, podrobně se práce věnuje nukleovým kyselinám a bílkovinám. Je popsáno imunoanalytické značení biomolekul. Třetí část se věnuje fluorescenčním sondám a značkám. Jsou uvedena jejich využití a vlastnosti.

Abstract:

This work focuses on fluorescence, biomolecules, and their labeling. Fluorescence is described in the context of luminescence, and the different types of fluorescence are mentioned, along with their differences. Furthermore, internal and external luminophores are discussed, with a focus on fluorophores and their occurrence and applications. The second part of the work describes biomolecules and their labeling, with a detailed focus on nucleic acids and proteins. The immunoanalytical labeling of biomolecules is described. The third part focuses on fluorescent probes and tags, including their utilization and properties.
