The employee burnout syndrome in social services

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem „Syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách“. Cílem této práce je popis syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách a následný průzkum vlivů, které se výrazným způsobem podílejí na vzniku tohoto syndromu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na syndrom vyhoření, jeho diagnostiku a výskyt u pracovníků v sociálních službách v oblasti drogové závislosti, etické kodexy a supervize. Veškeré teoretické informace jsou použity v praktické části a slouží jako podklad pro dotazníkový průzkum syndromu vyhoření u sociálních pracovníků v kontaktních centrech Brno a Znojmo.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on topic „The employee burnout syndrome in social services. The aim of this thesis is the description of an eployee b urnout syndrome in social services and a following research of factors which distinctively affect the uprise or beggining of this syndrome. This thesis is divided into theorecital and practical part. Theoretical part aims on the burnout syndrome, it´s diagnosis and occurrence with the employees in social services deating with drug addictions, ethical codes and supervising. All those theoretical informations are used in the practical part as a basis for a survey questionare on a research The employee burnout syndrome in the contact centres in Brno and Znojmo.
