Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast výchovných problémů na základních školách a práci výchovného poradce. Popisuje legislativní proměny, ke kterým docházelo po roce 1989 v českém školství, charakterizuje výchovu, výchovné problémy a vymezuje činnost výchovného poradce. This thesis focuses on the upbringing problems in primary education and the role of educational consultants. It describes the legislative changes occured in the Czech school system after 1989, characterizes education, educational problems and defines activities of educational consultants.
