Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika hodnocení pracovníků na Finančním úřadě v Břeclavi. V první části práce jsou shrnuty teoretické přístupy k hodnocení pracovníků. Ve druhé části práce je analyzován současný systém hodnocení pracovníků se zaměřením na silné a slabé stránky tohoto systému. The aim of the thesis is to describe the appraisal system of employees in the Tax Office Břeclav. The first part of the thesis summarizes the principles of appraisal of employees. The second part is concentrated on the analysis of present system of the appraisal of employees in relation to strenghts and weaknesses of this system.
