Předmětem této diplomové práce je odvolací řízení v systému neúplné apelace. V úvodních kapitolách je charakterizováno zejména odvolání a jeho přípustnost, přičemž stěžejní částí diplomové práce je kapitola, která se zabývá apelačním systémem, kde je vysvětlen princip neúplné apelace. The subject of this diploma thesis is appeal procedure in the system of incomplete appeal. The introductory chapters charakterize appeal and its admissibility, while the main part of the thesis is the chapter that deals with the system of appeal, which explains the principle of incomplete appeal.
