A Private House and Its Perimeter Security Project

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce pojednává v teoretické části o způsobech zabezpečení soukromého domu a jeho perimetru. Využívá přitom obecných definic z oblasti bezpečnostního průmyslu. V rámci praktické části práce je vybrán konkrétní existující soukromý rodinný dům, pro který jsou realizovány dva návrhy bezpečnostního systému. Součástí praktické části je i katalog s aktuálními bezpečnostními systémy a jejich prvky. Na soukromém domě je provedena bezpečnostní analýza a jeho ocenění. Dále je vytvořen trojrozměrný model domu, pro lepší pochopení rozmístění místností v jeho interiéru. Oba návrhy se mimo jiné snaží vyhovět především i požadavkům majitele objektu v roli zákazníka. Pro oba projekty jsou vytvořeny půdorysy, kterých se zabezpečení týká společně s rozmístěním použitých prvků a v závěru každého projektu je konečné ocenění navrhovaného systému.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the ways of securing a private house and its perimeter in the theoretical part. It uses general definitions of the security industry. Within the practical part of the thesis is selected a particular private family house, for which are implemented two proposals of a security system. Part of the practical part is also a catalog with current security systems and their elements. Security analysis and evaluation of the house are made. Next, for a better understanding of the layout of the rooms in its interior, a three-dimensional model of the house is created. Both proposals, besides the other things, are trying to satisfy the requirements of the owner of the building in a role of the customer. Ground plans are created for both projects which the security concerns, together with the deployment of the used elements, and the final evaluation of the proposed system is at the end of each project.
