Práce má za cíl vyjasnit roli judikatury a určit, zda lze judikaturu považovat za pramen českého práva soukromého. The thesis aims to clarify the role of court decisions and determine whether court decision can be considered a source of Czech private law. In particular, what effect does have § 13 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. on the status of court decisions and which court decisions could be in the nature of a source of law.
