Rozbor možností outsourcinguskladování v podniku

An Analysis of Outsourcing Opposrtunities in the Enterprise Storage
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zefektivnění nákladů na skladování a rozšíření současných skla-dovací prostor z 5.000 ks palet na 7.000 ks palet. V teoretické části bakalářská práce zahrnuje informace o outsourcingu, skladovém hospo-dářství a využití čárových kódů. V praktické části je poukázáno na současný systém skla-dového hospodářství v podniku a navrhuje jeho zefektivnění.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to make the cosi od strorage and expansin of existing strorage space from 5.000 to 7.000 pallets. The theoretical thesis eor includes infomation on outsourcing, strorage an use os bar codes. In the practical part is made to the curren´t systém of stock in the company an suggests itś effectiveness.
