Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem na zlepšení procesu dispečinku v logistické společnosti NIKA Logistics. Cílem práce je prozkoumat současný stav využití dispečinku v této společnosti, identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky současného stavu a navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení procesu dispečinku. Práce se zaměřuje na efektivní využití technologií v dispečinku a vylepšení komunikace mezi dispečinkem a řidiči. Výsledky práce by mohly být aplikovány nejen v NIKA Logistics, ale i v jiných logistických společnostech, které se potýkají s podobnými problémy v oblasti dispečinku.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on proposing improvements to the dispatching process in NIKA Logistics, a logistics company. The main objective of the thesis is to explore the current state of dispatching in the company, identify its strengths and weaknesses, and propose specific measures to enhance the dispatching process. The study emphasizes the efficient utilization of technologies in dispatching and the improvement of communication between the dispatching department and drivers. The findings of this research can be utilized not only by NIKA Logistics but also by other logistics companies facing similar challenges in the dispatching field.
