Principles of effective pedagogical communication for practice

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá zásadami a efektivitou lidské komunikace jak v pedagogické praxi, tak i z obecného hlediska. Komunikace je nedílnou součástí lidské kultury a ovlivňuje každodenní život člověka. Jejím účelem je dorozumět se s druhými a přenést informace tak, aby byly pochopeny v souladu se záměrem komunikujícího. Cílem této práce je popsat zásady efektivity lidské komunikace se zaměřením na pedagogické prostředí. Jsou zde představeny různé teorie a definice komunikace, co je s ní spojováno a jaké je její struktura. Objasněny byly funkce komunikace, obsah, motivace, přenos rozličných informací i jednotlivých složek. Popis se dále zaměřuje na zdravou komunikaci, která zahrnuje veškeré morální a etické zásady společnosti. Do zásad efektivní pedagogické komunikace patří srozumitelnost, přiměřeně dlouhý projev, vzájemné naslouchání a důvěra, pravdivost i zajištění bezpečného prostředí ve škole. Pozitivita a flexibilní komunikace by měly převládat ve školním prostředí mezi učiteli, žáky i rodiči. Veškerá pedagogická komunikace by se měla snažit vychovat vzdělané a sebevědomé žáky, kteří mají zdravé komunikační, kulturní a společenské návyky.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the principles and effectiveness of human communication in pedagogical practice and from a general point of view. Communication is an integral part of human culture and influences people's everyday life. Its purpose is to communicate with others and to convey information so that it is understood in accordance with the communicator's intention. The purpose of this thesis is to describe the principles of effective human communication with a focus on the educational setting. Different theories and definitions of communication, what is associated with it and its structure are presented. The functions of communication, content, motivation, transmission of different information and individual components have been clarified. The description also focuses on healthy communication, which includes all the moral and ethical principles of society. The principles of effective pedagogical communication include clarity, appropriate length of speech, mutual listening and trust, truthfulness, and providing a safe school environment. Positivity and flexible communication should prevail in the school environment between teachers, students, and parents. All educational communication should strive to produce educated and confident students who have healthy communication, cultural and social habits.
