Corporate crime and its influence on the security policy of companies

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat bezpečnostní politiku čtyř různých firem zabývajících se i rozdílnou pracovní náplní a zaměřit se na trestnou činnost jejich zaměstnanců. Zároveň budou analyzována jejich preventivní opatření, která mají nastavena, aby interní kriminalitě předcházely nebo ji alespoň minimalizovaly na únosnou míru. Součástí práce je analýza bezpečnostních opatření firem a trestné činnosti jejich zaměstnanců, kterou doposud šetřily. Vyhodnocení současného stavu bezpečnostních i preventivních opatření v souvislosti s doposud řešenou trestnou činností zaměstnanců ukáže kvalitu nastavených preventivních opatření. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na optimalizační opatření, která by měla jednotlivým firmám pomoci k minimalizaci hospodářské kriminality v jejich podniku a zároveň i ochraně majetku firmy.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the security policy of four different companies dealing with different workloads and to focus on the criminal activities of their employees. At the same time, their preventive measures that they have set up to prevent internal crime or at least minimize it to a tolerable level will be analyzed. The work includes an analysis of the companies' security measures and the criminal activities of their employees that they have investigated so far. The evaluation of the current state of security and preventive measures in relation to the employee crime solved so far will show the quality of the set preventive measures. The output of the thesis are suggestions for optimization measures that should help individual companies to minimize economic crime in their enterprise and at the same time protect company assets.
