Bernhard Schlink is one of the most important and often recognized authors of German-language literature. This diploma thesis analyzes his lesser-known collections of short stories Liebesfluchten (2000) and Sommerlügen (2010) and researchs whether the two collections have in common the theme of escape, which is accompanied by lying, and lie is not a theme but a motif that unites all short stories. …more

Bernhard Schlink patří mezi významné a často oceňované autory německojazyčné literatury. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze jeho méně známých sbírek povídek Liebesfluchten (2000) a Sommerlügen (2010) a zkoumá, zda obě dvě sbírky mají společné téma útěku, které je doprovázeno lhaním, přičemž lež zde není tématem, ale motivem, který všechny povídky spojuje.
