The exercise of the people with psychical disoreder on the labour market.

Abstract:

Autorka se ve své práci zaměřila na participaci lidí s psychickým onemocněním na trhu práce. Konkrétně se orientovala na osoby s diagnózou psychotického onemocnění. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat opatření, která by mohla těmto lidem usnadnit vstup na otevřený trh práce. V první teoretické části práce autorka vymezuje typy tohoto onemocnění a teoretické možnosti participace lidí s psychotickým onemocněním na otevřeném trhu práce. Na problematiku se dívá z pohledu individuálních a strukturálních příčin neúspěchu lidí s duševním onemocněním na trhu práce. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na výzkum, který probíhal na bázi kvalitativní strategie technikou nestandardizovaných rozhovorů. Účastníky výzkumu byly sociální pracovnice mající zkušenost s lidmi s duševním onemocněním a bývalí klienti tréninkové kavárny Práh v Brně. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že lidem s duševním onemocněním usnadňuje participaci na otevřeném trhu práce pracovní rehabilitace, vyšší právní ochrana lidí se zdravotním handicapem a podpora odborných lékařů.

Abstract:

Author in this thesis has focused on the participation of the persons of unsound mind on the labour market. Particularly she has focused on people with diagnosed psychotic disorder. The goal of this thesis was to identify arrangements potentially helping such people to enter open labour market successfully. In the first part of the thesis there are different types of this disorder described as well as theoretical possibilities of participation of people with psychotic disorder on the open labor market. This dilemma is described with the respect to individual and structural causes of failures people with psychotic disorder on the open labor market. The second part of the thesis if focused primarily on the research that took place based on qualitative strategy using non-standardized interviews technique. Social workers having experiences with people with psychotic disorder were involved in the research as well as former clients of training Cafe Prah in Brno. The results of the research have shown that working retrieval, higher legal protection of persons with disability and support specialist are making participation of people with psychotic disorder on the open labour market easier.
