Tématem a obsahem diplomové práce je dlouhodobé financování podniku a jeho využití v řízení finančních zdrojů v podniku. Podává ucelený výklad o možnostech dlouhodobých cizích zdrojů. Výklad je veden v logických postupech, tak aby i nezasvěcenému čtenáři osvětlil, v čem spočívá dlouhodobé financování, jak je využito v podniku, na jaké aktivity ekonomické subjekty financování využívání.
