The Topic of Faithless Women in the Novel Effi Briest Compared with Two Other Masterpieces of World Literature: Anna Karenina and Madame Bovary
Abstract:
This bachelor´s thesis is devoted to the topic of faithless women in the literature. The novel Effi Briest by Theodor Fontane is being compared with two other masterpieces of world literature, with Anna Karenina by Leo Nikolayevich Tolstoy and Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert.
Abstract:
Diese Abschlussarbeit widmet sich dem Thema Frauenuntreue in der Literartur. Am Beispiel drei Werken der Weltliteratur, der Effi Briest von Theodor Fontane, der Madame Bovary von Gustave Flaubert und der Anna Karenina von Lew Nikolajewitsch Tolstoi wird der Vergleich ermöglicht, wie sich die jeweiligen Autoren mit dieser Situation auseinandersetzen.
