Patient´s Casuistry after Rupture of Rotator Cuff

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kinezioterapií u pacientů po ruptuře rotátorové manžety. V úvodních kapitolách stručně rozebírám anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku pletence ramenního. Další část se věnuje poruchám ramenního kloubu obecně, jelikož mnohé poruchy mají s danou diagnózou úzký vztah nebo v sebe plynule přecházejí. Z těch pak směřuji k problému rotátorové manžety a možnostem léčby jak konzervativní tak i chirurgické. Ve speciální části je rozepsané vyšetření ramenního kloubu se zaměřením na fyzioterapeutické aspekty a speciální vyšetřovací testy týkající se měkkých struktur této problematiky. Dále je uvedena cílená kinezioterapie a stručná fyzikální terapie. Ta je v závěru doplněna kazuistikou pacienta v ambulantní péči s návrhem cvičební jednotky.

Abstract:

This bachelor?s thesis deals with kinesiotherapy for patients who have experienced rupture of rotator cuff. In initial chapters anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the shoulder girdle are briefly analyzed. The following part addresses generally to defects of the shoulder joint because many defects are closely linked to the given diagnosis or fluently verge one into other. Further the thesis is aimed at the rotator cuff and possibilities of treatment, both conservative and surgical. There is a description of examination of shoulder joint in the special part of the work with focus on physiotherapeutic aspects and special examination tests concerning soft structures of this issue. Further the focused kinesiotherapy and brief physical therapy are mentioned. In the end of the work there is a case stury of an outpatient client with design of an appropriate exercise unit.
