The parental Alienation Syndrome and possibilities of its solution in Moravian-Silesian region

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem syndromu zavrženého rodiče a interperetací jeho mechanismů z pohledu zavrženého rodiče. Cílem práce bylo nahlédnout na prožívání syndromu zavrženými rodiči z jejich vlastní perspektivy a zamyslet se nad jejich zkušeností se zavržením. Hlavní výzkumný problém je definován: Jaké mechanismy hrají roli při vzniku syndromu zavrženého rodiče? Stanovené výzkumné otázky blíže specifikují cíl a identifikují zkoumaný jev výzkumu. K realizaci výzkumu byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum, který byl naplněn pomocí výzkumné metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Jako výzkumný vzorek byli cílenou metodou vybráni respondenti z Moravskoslezského kraje, kteří mají zkušenost se SZR a v minulosti byli nebo stále jsou v roli zavrženého rodiče.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of the Parental Alienation Syndrome and the interpretation of its mechanisms from the point of view of the alienated parent. The goal of the work was to look into the experience of the targeted parents from their own perspective and to reflect on their experiences with alienation. The main research problem is defined: What mechanisms play a role in the emergence of the Parental Alienation Snydrome. The established research questions more closely specify the goal and identify the investigated phenomenon of the research. Qualitative research was chosen to fulfill the research, which was completed using the semi-structured interview research method. Respondents from the Moravian-Silesian Region who have experience with PAS and who were in the past or still are in the role of a rejected parent were selected as the research sample.
