Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o současném stavu problematiky zpoplatnění železniční dopravní cesty v České republice a uvádí změny a rozdíly způsobu výpočtu zpoplatnění od roku 2018. Dále se práce stručně zabývá stavem zpoplatnění železniční dopravní cesty na Slovensku, v Polsku, Německu a Rakousku, a to včetně faktorů a podmínek, které do nich vstupují.
