Tématem této bakalářské práce je Parkinsonova Choroba. Parkinsonova choroba je onemocnění neurodegenerativního charakteru, které vzniká úbytkem neuronů v bazálních gangliích. Tyto neurony jsou zodpovědné za produkci dopaminu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. The topic of this bachelor's thesis is Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's disease is a disease of a neurodegenerative nature, which is caused by the loss of neurons in the basal ganglia. These neurons are responsible for the production of dopamine. The work is divided into three main parts.
