Abstract:

Tématem této práce je Trestní právo hmotné a procesní ČR po 1. 5 . 2004. Toto datum je okamžikem vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. Tato práce pojednává o europeizaci českého trestního práva a o evropském trestním právu. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zaměřují na formy europeizace, ochranu lidských práv, soudní systém, justiční a policejní spolupráci a nejnovější trendy ve vývoji trestního práva.

Abstract:

The thema of this work is Criminal law of the Czech Republic after the 1. 5. 2004. This date is the moment of the ingression of Czech Republic to European Union. This work is about the europeization of Czech criminal law and about European criminal law. The constituent chapters refer to forms of europeization, to the protection of human rights, to the judicial system, to the judicial and police cooperation and to the newest trends of criminal law.
