Bakalářská práce se zabývá nesezdaným soužitím a jeho soukromoprávními aspekty v porovnání s manželstvím a registrovaným partnerství. Záměrem této práce je vytvoření celistvého přehledu, ve kterém je nesezdané soužití porovnáváno s manželstvím a registrovanými partnery z pohledu osobnostních a majetkových práv, bydlení, problematiky výchovy dětí a v neposlední řadě také z pohledu dědictví.
