Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na personální řízení během pandemie COVID-19 ve spediční firmě. Vytvořil jsem fiktivní spediční společnost a popisuji jednotlivé kroky, které byly použity v podniku během pandemie. Vysvětluji výhody a nevýhody on-line pohovoru. The bachelor's thesis focuses on personnel management during the COVID-19 pandemic in a freight forwarding company. I have created a fictional freight forwarding company and describe the individual steps that were used in the business during the pandemic.
