Increasing financial control efficiency in municipality in response to professional development of employees
Abstract:
Diplomová práce objasňuje současnou situaci řešení zajištění finanční kontroly na menší obci v návaznosti na odborný rozvoj zaměstnanců. Konkrétně se soustředí na možné řešení kontroly v praxi. Důležitým bodem je návrh systému vzdělávání volených zastupitelů a jejich průniku do problematiky finančních toků v obci.
Abstract:
This dissertation explains the current situation of solution how to secure a financial control in the smaller village in response to professional development of employees. The attention is payed to possible solution of contol in practise concretely. A very important point is a proposal of education for each elected member of local board and theirs penetration to a financial flow in the village.
