Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá komplexním výzkumem časoprostorové variability sněhové pokrývky v severní části ostrova Jamese Rosse (Antarktický poloostrov) v období 2011-2016. Využívá k tomu časové řady výšky sněhové pokrývky, albeda a teploty vzduchu z meteorologických stanic J. G. Mendel, Johnson Mesa a Davies Dome. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a complex research of spatio-temporal variability of snow cover in the northern part of James Ross Island (Antarctic Peninsula) between 2011 and 2016. It uses the time series of snow depth, albedo and air temperature measurements from the weather stations at J. G. Mendel, Johnson Mesa and Davies Dome.
