Genetic Predisposition to Coeliac Disease Testing

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou celikalie, včetně její diagnostiky. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku tohoto onemocnění, klinické projevy celiakie a jejich řešení. Detailně se teoretická část této práce zaměřuje na možnosti diagnostiky a léčby. Experimentální část této práce je věnována metodám genetického vyšetření predispozic celiakie pomocí určení alel HLA asociovaných celiakií, nejčastěji HLA-DQ2 a HLA-DQ8. Tato část práce se dále zabývá popisem těchto metod a interpretací výsledků měření jednotlivých vzorků.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on problematics of coeliac disease including its diagnostics. The theoretical part is dedicated to basic characteristics of the disease, description of clinical manifestation and its solution. In detail, the theoretical part deals with options of diagnostics and the treatment. The aim of experimental methodological part of this thesis is examination of genetics of coeliac disease predisposition by idetification of HLA allele. HLA- DQ2 and HLA-DQ8 are most typically associated with the coeliatic disease. This part is also involves description of methods and results interpretation.
