Traffic violation and offense proceedings while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat ucelený přehled problematiky přestupků alkoholu v silniční dopravě, seznámit čtenáře s pojmy, postupem Policie ČR při zjišťování přítomnosti alkoholu u řidiče, procesem správního řízení u správního orgánu. Vypracovaná diplomová práce by mohla být jakýmsi "metodickým postupem" na odděleních správního řízení odborů zabývajících se přestupky v silniční dopravě, který přiblíží danou problematiku nejenom nově nastupujícím referentům.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a comprehensive overview of the problem of alcohol offenses in vehicle transport, to acquaint readers with the concepts, the procedure of the Police of the Czech Republic to determine the presence of alcohol at the driver, the process of administrative proceedings at the administrative authority. The diploma thesis could be a kind of "methodical procedure" in the departments of administrative proceedings of departments dealing with offenses in vehicle transport, which will bring the issue closer to not only new employees.
