Analysis of Competitiveness of Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu konkurenceschopnosti konkrétní stavební společnosti a formulovat návrhy na zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti. Práce je rozdělená do dvou základních částí. V teoretické části jsou identifikovány relevantní teoretické poznatky z oblasti konkurence a konkurenceschopnosti na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části je provedena analýza externího prostředí prostřednictvím analýzy PEST a analýza interního prostředí pomocí modelu 7 S. Následně je v rámci zpracování SWOT analýzy formulováno šest návrhů na zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti a tyto návrhy jsou ohodnoceny z pohledu jejich atraktivnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of a particular construction company and formulate proposals to increase its competitiveness. The work is divided into two basic parts. The theoretical part identifies relevant theoretical knowledge in the field of competition and competitiveness on the basis of professional literature. In the practical part, the analysis of the external environment is performed through PEST analysis and the analysis of the internal environment using the 7S model. Subsequently, within the SWOT analysis, six proposals for improving the company's competitiveness are formulated and these proposals are evaluated in terms of their attractiveness.
