Synthesis and Analyses of a Model of a Selected Area of Community Planning

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je vytvoření modelu vybrané části komunitního plánování sociálních služeb v Pardubicích a analýzy tohoto modelu. Tvorba modelu je založena na definici systému komunitního plánování sociálních služeb (KPSS), na dotazníkovém šetření a analýzách vytvořených pomocí data miningových metod. Systém KPSS byl definován pomocí Checklandovi metodologie měkkých systémů. Data získaná pomocí dotazníkového řešení byla transformována do datové matice a na jejím základě byly provedeny analýzy. Bylo použito metod shlukové analýzy a rozhodovacích stromů. Pro realizaci těchto metod byl použit programový prostředek SPSS Clementine. V závěru práce byly interpretovány výsledky analýz.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create models of a selected area of community planning of social services in Pardubice, and an analysis of this model. The creation of the model is based on a system definition of community planning in social services, a questionnaire study, and analyses generated by data mining methods. The system was defined using the Soft systems methodology by Peter Checkland. Data obtained by the questionnaire study was transformed into a data matrix, and analyses were performed on this matrix. Cluster analysis methods and decision trees were used, and the Clementine SPSS software solution was used to implement these methods. Analysis results are interpreted in the conclusion of the thesis.
