Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme vlivu intenzivního tréninku na lidské tělo. Stručně je popsán vývoj historický vývoj moderní gymnastiky, specifika opakované zátěže při gymnastickém tréninku. Diplomová práce porovnává somatometrické údaje získané od vybraného vzorku gymnastek mezi 10-15 lety s údaji z referenčního souboru populace. In this thesis the influence of intensive gymnastic training on human body is studied. The history of modern gymnastics is discussed. The main focus of this study lies on comparing some of the somatometric characterics of young female gymnasts with the same measures of common population.
