Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ucelenější výklad komisionářské smlouvy, k čemuž slouží především analýza současné zákonné úpravy. Je předložena základní charakteristika komisionářské smlouvy, vymezení vůči ostatním smlouvám příkazního typu, především smlouvě příkazní, a dále je popsána komise jako závazkový právní vztah – její vznik, obsah a zánik. This thesis focuses on a coherent interpretation of a consignment agreement using primarily an analysis of the current statutory regulation. The basic aspects of a consignment agreement are presented and its delimitation against other contracts of mandate type – mostly contract of mandate – are described.
