General Conception of Property Right.
Abstract:
Rigorozní práce se zabývá tématem vlastnického práva z pohledu jeho obecné charakteristiky. Autor se snaží charakterizovat vlastnické právo z pohledu jeho přirozenosti, rovnosti, absolutnosti a "neomezenosti". Předmětem rigorózní práce je dále i analýza ochrany vlastnického práva a to z pohledu praktického. Práce je pak doplněna krátkým exkurzem do úpravy vlastnického práva v SRN.
Abstract:
The rigorous thesis deals with the topic of property right considering its general characteristic. The author tries to characterize property right with regard to its nature, equality, absoluteness and „unlimitedness“.
