Housing first or Housing ready?

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá modelem Housing first a modelem Housing ready. Jedná se o dva přístupy v řešení bytové nouze. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na model Housing first a Housing ready, jejich vymezení, principy, projekty v České republice, v Evropě a jejich dopady. Část práce přibližuje problematiku bezdomovectví, jeho charakteristiku, formy, příčiny a možnosti řešení. Výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na empirický výzkum, který si klade za cíl, zjistit a popsat vnímání modelu Housing first a Housing ready z pohledu pracovníků, kteří se zabývají problematikou řešení bytové nouze. Zaměřen je na pozitivní a negativní zkušenosti pracovníků, kteří se podílejí na uplatňování modelů sociálního bydlení. Výzkum je realizován pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie. Metodou sběru dat jsou polostrukturované rozhovory. K analýze a interpretaci získaných dat je využita Interpretativní fenomenologická analýza.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with both Housing first and Housing ready models. Those are approaches that try to find solution to housing emergencies. Theoretical part of the work is mainly focused on defining both models, finding basic principles, discussing various projects in Czechia and Europe and their impact. Part of the work also examines the issue of homelessness, its characteristics, forms, causes and possible solutions. Practical part of the work is focused on the empirical research which sets a goal to find out and describe the perception of both models that workers who deal with the issue of housing emergencies have. Focus of this part of the work is on positive and negative experiences of workers who participate in the application of public housing models. Research is based on a qualitative research strategy. Semi-structured interviews are used to collect data. Interpretative phenomenological approach is used to analyze and to interpret collected data.
